GoProcedures®
GoProcedures® is a tool that has been designed and built by qedi as part of the GoTechnology® suite of products in order to assist with the task of preparing Commissioning, Preservation, Operations and Maintenance and Decommissioning procedures, based on proven and tested documents.
It has been developed in response to the repetitive task that Project Managers, along with Commissioning Managers face at the outset of a new project when generating Procedures.
The tool is in effect an interactive document library that stores sets of standard templates offering a choice of styles for use, which are pre-populated with the repetitive and generic information that is typically contained within these documents. These templates are then available for downloading to the user’s desktop, adding specific information then uploading back into the library.
This then gives a central repository for all procedures required by a Project and allows the information contained within the documents to be linked with the Completions Management and Project Planning systems for greater control and use of available information.
