GoPlan™

GoPlan™ is a user friendly web based Management System which, by integrating with major Planning Systems. (e.g. Primavera P3/P3e) offers three main features to help manage and control in detail specific activities in order to meet the Project Plan in terms of schedules, manpower control and associated costs.

GoPlan™ creates level 4 Job cards for the Construction and Commissioning Phases and aligns them to the Contract Plan. Manhour estimates for the Job cards can be derived manually or via GoPlan™ Internal Electronic Norms. GoPlan™ will then allow detailed control of Construction and Commissioning in order to meet target schedule and cost. Material requirements are specified to allow bag and tag against the job card.

GoPlan™ will create Level 2 and Level 4 CTRs (Cost/time resources) to manage the Engineering Phases of FEED and Detail Design in accordance with the Contract Plan. The CTRs can be produced either by using GoPlan’s internal electronic templates or by the users. Manhour estimates for the CTRs can be manually input or derived using the internal electronic norms. GoPlan™ will then allow detailed control of Engineering in order to meet target schedule and cost.

GoPlan™ contains a number of proven templates that allow Plans and cost estimates to be prepared at the earliest possible stage for the control of all Commissioning Management and execution activities using minimum information.

This feature is unique to our product and is of absolute value to the Commissioning Manager as it prepares sufficiently accurate assessments at the FEED or conceptual phase in order to generate control plans, manpower histograms and cost estimates and give confidence when setting Project targets for schedule and cost.
