GoCCMS®
GoCCMS® is a Completions and Commissioning Management System that operates using standard Inspection and Test Records (ITR’s).
The product has been developed to operate at a low working level in order to track and monitor the progress of installation, checks and tests for individual equipment tag.
GoCCMS® is a web-based database that has been created in order to manage construction, pre-commissioning, mechanical completion, commissioning and handover documentation. It can be accessed directly through any internet connection via any user’s Internet Browser and has the ability to run as a stand-alone system.
GoCCMS® is ideal for use on Major Construction Projects having components, modules, pre-assembled units (PAU’s) or major Vendor skids and packages being fabricated in multiple locations.
According to the level of access given, the system allows users to view, monitor and edit the progress of completion at each or all site(s). Since the system uses a single, centralised data source on a secure server, synchronisation of data between each location is not necessary.
GoCCMS® stores, tracks and reports on the completion of ITR’s and assists in the management of System Handover for Mechanical Completion and Pre-Commissioning. In addition to this, GoCCMS® also stores, tracks and reports on consolidated Punchlist data, Engineering and Technical Queries, Design Changes and stage completion certificates and Commissioning Procedures.
Each tagged item of equipment uses ITRs in order to detail the checks and tests required to be completed in order to demonstrate Quality Assurance and Technical Integrity.
The system is configured to automatically assign ITRs to the Equipment type as identified by the Tag; this is configured prior to tag imports. ITR Requirements can also be specified against tags manually although this is not a preferred method of transfer.
